Whether you are a seasoned counselor or a counselor-in-training; or whether you are a community’s sole provider of mental health services or a mental health firm just getting off the ground. The value of clinical consultation cannot be underscored enough. Sometimes the issue can be wrapped up in a quick phone call, and other times issues are more systemic in nature and require ongoing consultation. In either case, I welcome your questions and the opportunity to put together a comprehensive plan that will address the concerns and also lay out a path moving forward to avoid similar concerns from taking place.

I have provided individual, group, and organizational consultation in mental health counseling, substance use disorder counseling, organizational restructuring, and in new programs. In addition, I have been asked to sit on numerous hiring committees to help find the ideal candidate for the position to match the organizations needs
